Designed specifically for students aged 14 to 17, this Italian language summer camp offers flexible duration options, ranging from one to eight weeks, and is available in July and August.
The Italian Summer Program for Highschool students it’s a fantastic opportunity for teenagers to go abroad by themselves for the first time, and Florence is the ideal city to do that: it is small, safe, and welcoming.
In the mornings, they will attend engaging Italian language classes that will help to boost their confidence in speaking Italian, no matter their initial level.
In the afternoons, we organize a different leisure activity every day, to meet students’ different needs and interests.
Not only will there be walking tours to explore Florence and visits to the main monuments of the city center, but there will also be sports practicing afternoons (swimming, volleyball, and football), cooking lessons, and photography sessions.
These activities provide a fun and practical way for students to practice what they learn in their language classes, and on weekends, there are full-day trips to the Tuscan coast and excursions to nearby medieval cities such as Pisa, Lucca, and Siena.

All our Italian host families have been carefully selected: we have known them all for years, and they are all trustworthy, reliable, and welcoming.
It’s the perfect opportunity for your children to easily experience the day-to-day life of an Italian family, feeling looked after and supported, while also having the chance to grow and mature by going abroad by themselves.
The teenagers will normally share their bedrooms with one or two other students of the same gender and similar age, a single bedroom is available on request at an additional cost.
Two weeks before the start of the course you will receive photos of the accommodation (if available) and a written description, as well as a list of available facilities.
