Every accommodation is rigorously inspected and regularly evaluated according to the following criteria:

- Full functionality of utilities (hot water, heating, etc.)

For homestays, we also evaluate the family’s friendliness and hospitality as well as the variety, quantity, and quality of the meals.

Homestay
This type of accommodation is well-suited to anyone who wishes to make Italian friends and gain a closer insight into the local Italian lifestyle.

Our host families come in all shapes and sizes: couples of all ages, with or without children, single parents, and individuals. Sometimes our wonderful elderly hostesses even become like grandmothers to our students!
You will enjoy authentic homemade dishes prepared by our hosts. Thanks to this warm and welcoming atmosphere, your Italian skills will improve naturally and rapidly.
All homes are located close to the centre of Florence and are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.

Shared apartments typically feature 2 to 4 bedrooms. You will be sharing the common areas with other students or, in some cases, with the property owner (often an Italian professional or student)
