You can come and do your experience and put yourself to the test with new people and a new language, relying on a powerful tool to ward off all worries: yoga.

By taking part in this holiday, you will have a reserved seat in all yoga classes kept by our director Barbara, plus 2 learning tours per week and Italian courses in the morning.

What’s included & Timetable

Standard Italian Group Course

Italian lessons every morning.

From Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 12.40 pm.

Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and you will have 4 lessons per day, that is 20 lessons per week.

Yoga Lessons

2 yoga lessons per week: place always reserved for the participants of this holiday, during the open yoga lessons. The lessons last 1 hours, and are held on Wednesday and Friday afternoon.

Learning Tours and Activities

2 guided tours or other leisure activities at your choice per week.

Accommodation

Arrival on Sunday, departure on Saturday.

There are 2 main options for accommodation: a single room in a shared apartment in the city centre and a half board single room in a host family.
